Concrete Leveling
Void Filling
Soil Stabilization
With over 15 years of polyurethane foam experience, we guide you through options to fix, repair, level, and stabilize your concrete. Sinking concrete can cause injuries and accidents with uneven sidewalks, pool decks, driveways, and steps.
We will provide you with our professional and knowledgeable observations, present repair options, and walk you through the steps of our polyjacking procedure.

Concrete Leveling
Sidewalk, driveway, pool deck, AC unit pad/slab sinking? Our polyjacking system lifts sinking and settling concrete back to a level state.
Void Filling
When ground erosion happens, gaps create holes and voids underneath the concrete (driveway, patio, steps, sidewalks, pool decks, etc.). Our concrete leveling services can fill those voids and fix the problem in a time-efficient manner.
Soil Stabilization
Our polyurethane with its low viscosity makes a perfect pairing to immobilize water migration that could be causing the soil to become eroded.
Before & After
Driveways
This sinking concrete apron created such a large height difference that the homeowner could not drive a motorcycle into the garage—posing not only a trip hazard but also a safety hazard. Xcel Concrete Leveling raised the concrete slab, stabilized the area with our polyjacking process, and eliminated the hazard.
AC Pads
AC Unit Pad settling creating a pressure issue with the stone on the home. Xcel Concrete Leveling raised the concrete slab and stabilized with poly-jacking process.
Patios
The void under the patio caused by water erosion and loose soil being washed away. The slab had to be stabilized so it would not break. In this example, the patio slab was stabilized and the void filled producing a solid-state to sit on.
Uneven concrete can be a tripping hazard, causing serious injury.
Slips, trips and falls are the most frequent accidents leading to personal injury, second only to motor vehicle accidents. There are thousands of lawsuits in the U.S. each year due to tripping hazards caused by uneven or cracked concrete. Payouts from these lawsuits range from $40,000 to $250,000.
We can help remove tripping hazards from your residence or business due to uneven concrete.
What is Polyjacking?
The process that we use is called polyjacking, and is similar to Mudjacking, but typically longer-lasting.
Polyjacking is the process of using polyurethane foam to fill voids under concrete. The polyurethane is injected through a tube into gaps under the concrete, where it expands and raises the concrete to its desired position.
The polyurethane foam is moisture and decay resistant, and is made from recycled material, which allows it to be environmentally friendly.
With polyurethane foam, the density of the product will never reduce or shrink; it will remain at the same density as when it was installed/injected.
Polyjacking is a much lighter product than mudjacking (concrete injection) which results in better soil stabilization, and less compromise of the underlying ground. Mudjacking will also break down and deteriorate over time, and it won’t last as long as polyjacking. The holes that need to be drilled for mudjacking are much larger than those used for polyjacking.
The best part about the polyurethane foam/polyjacking is that you do not have to remove and replace the concrete. Our process only requires us to drill a small hole (5/8″) through the concrete, where we use our equipment to inject the polyurethane foam through a tube. The foam will then expand through the void and flow under the concrete to fill the voids.
Polyjacking can be used to level, raise and lift most:
Uneven concrete sidewalks
Sunken concrete pool decks
Sagging concrete patios
Settling concrete steps / stairs
Sinking concrete garage aprons
Dipping concrete driveways
Solve for voids under patios, driveways, walkways
With our experience and knowledge of the polyurethane product, Xcel Concrete Leveling knows how much foam is needed to raise the concrete to level.
Polyjacking is not only a lighter product for the ground but also for your wallet! The cost to raise sinking or settled concrete is less expensive than fixing/replacing your concrete.
The life expectancy of concrete brings high expectations, but those expectations can be cut short when voids appear, providing an opportunity for the concrete to fail, fall, and sink. As with many items in and around your home, it requires maintenance and routine checks. There are many red flags that may present warning signs that you have voids under your concrete.
Is your sidewalk or driveway uneven?
We can help for a fraction of the cost of replacing!
